Mint a coin
Some coins are made with the door left open: anyone can take a share until the supply runs out or the window closes. Nothing is reserved and nobody approves you.

What you actually pay
The price of a mint is the Verge network fee, and it goes to whoever mines the block. It is not paid to the coin's creator, not to this site, and there is no address in the protocol for anybody to receive it. That is why a mint price cannot become a rug: nobody is collecting it.
Your wallet builds the transaction and pays exactly what the coin asks. If the block accepts it, the amount arrives on a coin your wallet already knows how to hold.
